We always do our best to perform white glove delivery, however, if the recipient is not readily available or easily accessible at the time of delivery, we reserve the right to leave the arrangement at the final destination such as a front desk, gate, or porch. If for any reason we are not allowed to leave the arrangement at the destination, we will take it back to the showroom until we get additional instructions from the sender or receiver.
Please understand that complications at one delivery will cause delays for the next deliveries.
Redelivery is available at an extra charge.
