Deliveries are don Monday – Friday: 9:30 AM – 6 PM and Saturday – Sunday: 10:30 AM – 4 PM.

!HOLIDAY DELIVERY HOURS!
Please note that on February 12 through February 14 and May 09 through May 11 delivery will be performed anytime from 9 am to 8 pm

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. For orders placed 5 or more days in advance cancellation or modification is available within 72 hours of order placement in the original form of payment. The Service Fee is a Credit Card Processing fee of 3.5% and it is applied to all card payments.

Please note that every bouquet is custom made, and due to the nature of flowers, shades, colors, sizes, and vase life longevity may vary. When you are referring to one of the bouquets from our portfolio on social media, please understand that we can not copy the whole setup, but we can keep the overall design and color scheme.

We always do our best to perform white glove delivery, however, if the recipient is not readily available or easily accessible at the time of delivery, we reserve the right to leave the arrangement at the final destination such as a front desk, gate, or porch. If for any reason we are not allowed to leave the arrangement at the destination, we will take it back to the showroom until we get additional in structions from the sender or receiver. Please understand that complications at one delivery will cause delays for the next deliveries. Redelivery is available at an extra charge. Thank you for your understanding.
